All orders are processed as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated at every stage. Furniture modules and loungers are delivered flat-packed and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping times vary depending on stock availability.
• In-stock items: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Incoming shipments: If your item is part of an incoming container, we will provide an estimated arrival window and notify you once it’s ready for delivery.
• Custom or special orders: Lead times will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

Delivery is available nationwide. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details so you can follow its progress. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there is any damage or issue so we can assist promptly.
